*Responsibilities*
· Managing, preparing, and responding to a high volume of client communication, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries
· Assisting team members with various legal projects and case-related tasks, case preparation, case follow-up often under tight deadlines
· Assisting attorneys and team members with new client intake, with limited supervision
· Managing electronic tools and databases to facilitate the efficient functioning of the immigration legal process and CRM workflow
· Performing other duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
· Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team member
· Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds
· Proven experience working with ambiguous work situations and information
· Proficiency in multitasking effectively and efficiently
· Experience with database management software and CRM tools
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal or office professional, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
*Education*
· A bachelor’s degree / paralegal certificate / foreign law degree is preferred
*Bilingual:*
· Must be bilingual in English and Ukrainian/Russian
