Need a caretaker for your empty lot? (free)

Need help maintaining your vacant lot? No problem.
Myself and a group of gardeners are looking to set up a small garden this spring on a vacant lot somewhere in the city.
We will maintain the lot for free, in exchange for permission to set up a few raised garden beds.
I am an experienced gardener in the city (10+ years) and am only looking for a new location because I moved into an apartment without a backyard.
In addition to growing produce we can also plant flowers/other ornamental plants to beautify the spot.
