Holidays Banquet Captain/Server (Chicagoland)

Greetings My name is Davide Ansuini and I am seeking a on call position as a Banquet Captain/Server during the holiday period I have extensive experience having been in the industry for many years until the pandemic.
I was a Banquet Captain at Gibson's and I have experience in both private and public settings.
I know how to read and implement a beo and how to direct a team of professionals.
I can be paid by 1099 and the minimum hourly wage I seek is $ 40 as a server and $ 60 as a captain per hour with a 5 hours minimum gig.
I am in posses of a valid manager level basset certification for food and liquor.
