Computer Science Graduate Seeking Software Development Opportunities (WI, IL, CHICAGO)

I graduated in May with a master degree in computer science but so far I have been unable to locate a job only because I have not any work experience I have very good GPA and excellent school projects through all my school years.
I am confident in my qualifications of being a good software engineer.
