This is a wall mount tv rack that swivels, much like you see in a hospital, comes with hardware to mount to wall and a safety strap to hold the tv securely.
The shelf base is 20" wide and 11 1/2" deep .
All black steel and a plastic cover to hide mounting screws.
It is in excellent condition.
