Drexel Heritage Chair - $300

I have one very expensive Drexel Heritage chair in pristine condition.
These are fine quality, collectable and sought after chairs.
Only 300.
Selling for a fraction of the trending price.
Some are selling on eBay for over 1500.
Moving soon and unfortunately and they have to go very cheap.
I would describe the color as “raw sienna” I also have two houses filled with furniture (see pictures)
