The Montgomery County Police Vice Unit recently arrested Antoine Jamar Bean from Elk Grove, California, on charges of human trafficking. Bean sometimes refereed to as "Fat Boy" was recently in the Montgomery County area registering and paying for hotel rooms for escorts during the month of August 2015. The police are looking for any past victims of Bean. Remember- in Maryland- human trafficking includes anyone that transports, harbors an individual for the purposes of prostitution (pandering).
