Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the
operations of our Airbnb property in Chicago.
As the Property Manager, you will
be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the property,
maintaining its pristine condition, and delivering outstanding service to our
guests.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate guest reservations, meet guests to let them into the property during check ins and check-outs.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
(We will handle guest communication for the most part)
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with safety standards.
Manage housekeeping and maintenance schedules to uphold the property's standards.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including supplies and amenities.
Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during guests' stays.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
