Part-time personal assistant to life coach
Relaxed environment with flexible hours and a positive vibe, 3-8 hours/week.
Schedule is flexible to fit your life (your gigs come first, this job second) but you need to be excellent at communicating about it.
Currently looking for someone free from 11 am - 4 pm, usually for about 3-4 hours in that time window.
Because I'm a life coach, I'm all about authenticity, good communication skills and personal growth.
LGTBQIA+ safe space.
Tasks mainly include:
• preparing herbal tea and mineral supplements
• washing dishes, cleaning up after cooking, emptying dishwasher, kitchen stuff
• light house cleaning from laundry to vacuuming
• data entry
• computer tasks
• simple website maintenance (SquareSpace, easy to use, no experience necessary)
• other random stuff
More hours available for:
• errands (if you have a car)
• mac computer upkeep
• audio and video uploading online
Willing to expand hours / split up gig among different people, depending on interests.
Location: 30 seconds off the brown line Kedzie stop in Albany Park (Leland / Kedzie)
Free street parking -- I supply parking permits.
Pay: $16 / hr.
To apply: design your own interview, whenever you want, by voice message:
1\.
Call my Google voice mail, any time, day or night, 773-234-8 zero 2 zero.
Leave a message about whatever you want-- why you're interested in the gig, which tasks you'd be interested in doing, if you have a mac or car, etc.
The message IS the initial interview! So if you want to apply, call and leave your interview message!
Thanks for understanding I can't respond to all calls; otherwise, replies generally within a week.
2\.
If you have a (band /portfolio /personal /etc.
) website/ blog, email or text me a link but leave a message also.
Thanks for extending some faith in this ad, I know the message-as-initial-interview thing is unusual, I just don't have time to call everyone, that's why I need an assistant!
I often have openings, even if they're only temporary, so don't hesitate to call even if this posting is old.
Thanks!
