We are seeking a range of servers to work shifts across a wide number of restaurants, bars, and hotels in the Western Suburbs.
When shifts are available from one of these many locations we will send you the job, and if you want to work it you let us know and it's yours.

*Responsibilities:*
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
*Experience:*
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
*Skills:*
- Guest services: Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Basic math: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and make change.
- Cash handling: Experience handling cash, processing payments, and using a POS system.
- Culinary: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Food handling: Adhering to proper food safety protocols when serving or handling food.
- Bussing: Clearing tables, cleaning dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- POS: Proficiency in using a point-of-sale system for order entry and payment processing.
- Food preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
