Janitor and Cleaner

Overview: IMMEDIAELY HIRING a detail minded EXPERIENCED cleaning person to clean the common areas of a condominium building in Indian Head Park.
Great job for retiree or someone re-entering the workforce.
Part-time, 4 hours per day Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Must be authorized to work in the United States, speak and read English, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Candidate must also have a neat appearance and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards - Sweep, mop and vacuum floors - Clean and sanitize kitchen area - Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area - Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment - Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces - Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals - Notify management of any repairs needed Skills: - Knowledge of custodial and porter responsibilities - Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces effectively - Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices - Understanding of facilities maintenance procedures - Proficiency in commercial cleaning methods Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.
