*Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Greet guests and introduce them to menu options and items
* Work with GM to set up for and execute events
* Make suggestions based on guest tastes and preferences
* Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests
* Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes
* Handle all dirty glasses and dishes
* Delivering excellent customer service with a professional demeanor
* Execution of mid-shift tasks and cleaning of space as a whole
* Completion of opening/closing checklist, setting the next shift up for success
* Collaborating with the entire team (bar and barista) to provide best-in-class hospitality and efficient service to all guests
* Ability to be a lead, and closer just cleaning bar and helping with orders
*Qualifications and Expectations:*
* Food Handler Certification Illinois
* Good communication skills, able to have effortless conversations and be comfortable interacting with guests
* Monday-Friday availability
* Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
* Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
* Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
