Summer Seasonal Tea Specialist - Barista

Greetings! We are a specialty tea shop and sober bar located in Andersonville Chicago.
We offer over 100 varies of loose leaf tea and tea drinks (iced, hot, tea latte, boba etc).
We have a busy winter event scheudle and are looking to add on additional staff for the season.
The Summer Seasonal Tea Specialist position is open to anyone 18+ years old.
This position is currently for 1-2 shifts per week.
Pay starts at $15/hr + $6 (avg) / hour in tips.

ask if the customer would like their tea hot, iced, as a tea latte or made into a boba etc.
) * Prepare beverages following recipes * Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) * Keep the bar area clean + basic cleaning duties * Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates * Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs * Comply with health and safety regulations * Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items *Skills* * Knowledge of sanitation regulations * Flexibility to work various shifts * Basic math skills * Ability to gauge customers’ preferences * Excellent communication skills * ServSafe of Food handler certificate Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.
