*ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER * * In addition to all requirements of a Team Member/Team Leader: * MUST HAVE CITY FOF CHICAGO FOOD SANITATION MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION * Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations * Monitor employee activity * Resolves problems with customers and staff * Executing company performance goals for staff * Ensure operational workflow * Providing instruction to staff * May preside over staff meetings * Participate in coaching, training, recruitment, of Team Members * Delegate tasks where necessary * Assists with ensuring store is opened and closed on time daily * Assists with making sure inventory is completed and in timely manner * Coordinates shipping and receiving of merchandise * May execute performance management strategies * Manages cost reduction procedures * Makes certain sales goals are achieved * Maintains store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures * Ensures merchandise is displayed in approved manner * 3 + years of previous sales and management experience.
* 5 + years of customer service and food handling experience.
* City of Chicago Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification a must.

*STORE MANAGER * * MUST HAVE CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SANITATION MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION * Leadership – setting goals for the work group, developing organizational talent, and modeling how we work together.
* Demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the store team.
