Sanitation & Support Staff- Pediatric Therapy Clinic

*\* Promote individual strengths\* \*Maximize success\* \*Achieve family goals\** KatieBug Therapy Ltd is looking for an energetic, friendly and reliable therapy support staff to join our pediatric multidisciplinary team! Our OT/PT/ST team has been serving the community for over 20 years and continuing to grow.
*Job responsibilities* * PRIMARY Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing throughout the work day.
* Assist with day to day organization and flow for a busy pediatric clinic * Interact with children (pediatric patients) and parents to promote a positive and supportive experience while in the clinic * Maintain inventory.
* Maintain clinic in a neat organized manner.
* Completion of therapy related projects, bulletin board, etc * Clean and maintain treatment areas and therapy materials.
* Assist therapist with set up and clean up of therapy rooms, as needed * Assist with opening or closing clinic per protocol * Perform all other related duties that may be assigned by Clinical Manager.
*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required* * High school diploma or equivalent education.
* Communicates effectively using timely verbal, non-verbal and written communication.
* Proactively takes ownership for serving the customer, team, and organization for achieving goals and for resolving problems.
* Willingly adapts to changing work demands and work environment.
* Demonstrates critical thinking skills and makes sound judgments to monitor and respond to staff and customer needs.
* Candidate must have the physical ability to do required cleaning and moderate level lifting (i.
e.
swings, therapy mats).
