*This job is located onsite in Chicago, IL.
Night Shift: 7pm-4am*
The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for product quality and safety by ensuring that all bakery equipment, structural and storage facilities, depots, and transportation equipment are following Good Manufacturing Processes and Federal, State, and local food protection standards.
In this role, you will plan and direct sanitation activities for a work shift.
*This person will be responsible for:*
* Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained and prevent product contamination
* Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, and facility cleanliness.
* Evaluating job performance of sanitation personnel and take corrective action as needed
* Implementing HACCP (hazard analysis critical control points).
*We’d Love to Hear from People With these Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
* More than four years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment desired
* More than three years’ experience as a leadership role is preferred
* An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices is helpful
