Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout all areas - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Address guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and effectively - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management Requirements: - Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, cleaning products, and equipment - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
