* Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers
* Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to Crave standards.
* Follow cleaning schedules in all areas of the store including storage areas.
* Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Crave.
* Work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders and create amazing products
* Prepare and decorate cookies with glazes, icings, and buttercream frosting
* Follow company policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned.

* Work with other bakery staff to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Strong attention to detail
* Understanding of food safety practices

* Committment to the team to show up for all scheduled shifts and make sure your shifts are covered if you cannot make it
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment surrounded by active employees and crowds of customers.

* Constant walking and standing, frequent bending, kneeling and reaching.
* Must be able to communicate in English effectively through speech and writing.

* Ability to work with ovens, cooling racks, pastry bags and any additional professional kitchen equipment
