This location is a Monday-Friday, business dining account where employees are returning to the traditional office setting.

*Schedule: *Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM; Thursday 10:00 AM-6:30 PM *Line Cook Pay Rate:* $22/hour As a Line Cook for our company you will be responsible for producing consistent quality food products through the use of standard recipes.
While doing so you will follow all safety, local and state sanitation guidelines.
*Essential Functions\** 1.
Responsible for production according to recipes/directions.
2.
Assist with food production to include cooking duties.
3.
Participates in food preparation and portioning prior to service by cutting and clean a variety of fruit, vegetables, and protein using a knife and/or cutting machines.
4.
Produces food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events.
5.
Follows production sheets, portioning and merchandising details as instructed by management.
6.
Follows all recipes and guidelines while meeting production deadlines.
7.
Ensures consistent quality on all product items.
8.
Tastes all food prepared for station to ensure flavor, freshness, and quality.
9.
Maintains a clean and organized station.
10.
Maintains kitchen equipment.
11.
Follows proper rotation and storage of goods such as; proper labeling, stocking of ingredients and FIFO.
12.
Consolidation of products on the appropriate containers throughout the shift and mainly before leaving for the day 13.
Using Call outs and Safe words to keep a safe work environment.
14.
Wear appropriate and required PPE when performing any tasks 15.
Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience.
16.
Attends trainings for kitchen equipment and safety 17.
Teamwork and time management.
18.

Fast paced kitchen.

High sense of urgency.

Moderate to high noise level.
4.
Exposure to soap and cleaning solutions.
5.
Slippery/uneven surfaces may be encountered.
