12/10: Stress-Relief and Self-Hypnosis Class (Chicago)

"Economy Self-Hypnosis," a one-session class in stress relief and self-direction, is now being offered once a month at the Garrett Wellness Center.
Taught by Certified Hypnotist Lewis Dark, you will learn easy, non-mystical methods of altering your consciousness, along with self-suggestion techniques that will let you become your own hypnotist and improve your life.
